Cartoon Character in Bugs/Daffy Cartoons.

Do you guys remember a cartoon character that sort of resembles Christopher Walken in the Bugs/Daffy cartoons? He usually wore a robe and was slightly creepy.

Anyone know his name?

Hmm, not sure if he said that. He was a short guy with droopy/groggy/Benicio Del Toro type eyes.

Benji, he didn't always wear a robe, just in most cases. The one cartoon that stands out in my mind is where he's in this old ass house and he's trying to get to bed but one of the characters keeps keeping him awake or something along the lines.

This is bugging the crap out of me. He's a small guy, black hair, the eyes as I said...hmm...what else can I say about him. He spoke really slow too.

I think, same guy as Pdub's, but bigger.

The characters here are called "Rocky" (drawn like movie gangster Edward G. Robinson) and "Hugo" (a caricatured Peter Lorre).

They slowly are changed into the two gangster characters that were more common.
