URGENT HELP..

I have about 15 minutes to do this. Since my internet isnt working I am on my brothers and I have a fantasy draft at 1. I need urgent help since there is only ONE account that I can see on this computer and I need an administrative accoutn to install java. Anyway to make a quick one or to find out what the old one is? HELP.

Boot the computer up in safe mode. I think you have to press F8 when windows it first loading up..... choose Safe Mode with Networking... and when it comes to login choose Administrator
Should work unless he has that account password protected or if the computer is on XP Professional.

Care to educate the technolgically challenged?
It's obvious why it won't work when it's password protected, but why if XP Pro is installed?
