Wow... Soprano's sucked... *SPOILERS*

Is anybody else really, really disappointed with the last episode of Sopranos?

Sure, then tension was built at the end, with all the people in the restaurant, but nothing happened... Nothing to even leave you guessing. It was just shit. No loose ends were left, there was nothing left to talk about.

Its just over.

Humm, even if people hadn't seen it, they'll know what happens thanks to your post.

I mean going in to the series finale you think of a few scenarios, your post kind of ruins it.

Anyways, I wasn't disappointed, I was more like...no, you can't end it like that.

Oh well, I was sitting there in shock for quite some time, none the less...the black silent screen means something. Atleast that's how I interpretted it, see back to Bobby + Tony talking in the boat in the first or was it second episode of this season.

Goodbye Sopranos, I loved you guys almost as much as the Strike Team. If they ever intend on making a movie (C'mon Chase, COME ON!!!)...they'll get my ticket admission money.

No, that was the perfect ending. They had already wrapped everything up the whole scene at the diner was perfect. Not only was it perfect because it was a surprise, but you don't think there is something to talk about? How about the guy who seemed to be a hitman walking in to the bathroom? Was that a tribute to the Godfather where he goes to get the gun out of the bathroom?

I knew it was going to end sort of the way it did too. Right before it ended AJ said "Dad, wasn't that you that said to remember the good times when things are going bad?" And he said "I said that? Well it's true I guess." It was saying that this is the end, don't expect anything crazy to happen we aren't going to throw this whole series in to a tailspin in the last 5 minutes, which is the right thing to do.

cmon indy, youre saying that the anticlimactic ending didnt dissapoint you at all? the seies was built on drama, i think the last episode should've been packed with it. keep in mind i dont actually watch the show (from what i've heard, tony shuda died, his sons an emo bitch, and the last episode sucked).

I was slightly disappointed in the ending. The radio today said that was the way to end a season finale , but not a series finale. As for my interpretation , I didn't really see any shootout happening. After the black screen , I assume Meadow would have come into the restaurant , eaten her onion rings , and then the family went home ; it's just a regular day.

dont forget they want to make a movie based on this cast. not sure if it will ever happen but they cant go an kill everyone then still make the movie.

I like Bill Simmons' stepdad...

My stepdad was furious afterwards, he's the biggest Sopranos fan ever... after the show ended, when it was ambiguous what happened, I said, "Well, maybe David Chase meant for everyone to have their own interpretion for what happened," and my stepdad screamed, "Maybe I shouldn't have watched the last episode at all, I could have just imagined how it would have ended!" He was pissed. I think he's calmed down after the second viewing though.

Apparently, if you watch it a few times it becomes more interesting. If you view it on an 'artistic' level. I'm not falling for that one.

Chris (Louisville, KY): I think we can blame any series ending letdown on Jerry Seinfeld. After that stink bomb every director is gonna try to do the same thing and put their "stamp" on the finale.

Bill Simmons: See, now that was a bad series finale! The show should have ended with Elaine and Jerry ending up together.
