The most unreliable band in the world finally on tour again.

... I'm talkin about Oasis. I have finally seen them last Saturday on March 8 in Hamburg after I had the tickets bought for Sep 19, 2002 in Bremen... (postponed 2 times) but I must say it was worth the wait.. Kickass concert, the crowd went totally crazy, I only wish they had played 2 or 3 more songs ... Liams teeth were alright I think, at least it didn't sound like he was singing Thuperthonic or Champagne Thupernova.
Can't wait to see them again.. if they come, I'll be there..

I hope anyone cares about what I write :D

p.s. I got tix for the Red Hot Chili Peppers in August.. already have seen them in February in Dortmund... awesome

their show is amazing.. you surely have seen them on tv some time.
they just go crazy, jumping around and everything using the whole stage. and they are all four excellent musicians, they play a quite long show, like 2 hrs including encores.. oasis just did 1 1/2 (also not bad, if you consider that they did a 15 minute show once :? )
so, overall the chili peppers do a great show with good entertainment playing all the great songs
do you have tickets for seats or do you stand in front of the stage ?

I think Ive got seats but I didn't arrange for the tickets myself so I'm not sure. I don't care too much I'm not a huge fan of them but a friend of mine asked me to join him and his brother and brother's girlfriend there so I thought why not ;)

I'm more looking forward to Fields of Rock and Wacken for this summer! :D

Wacken is too much Heavy Metal for me but a friend of mine is going there aswell. I'm going to the Hurricane Festival in June ... two of my favorite bands already announced that they are going to be there so I guess it will pay off: Coldplay and the Counting Crows... (Counting Crows: superb band, you probably know them Dan, I think they are quite popular in Holland, aren't they? Does anybody else know them ?)

I never really listened to anything of the Counting Crows, but their song with Michelle Branch (I think) is pretty popular. Wacken is just enough heavy metal for me :D

I read that Noel said in an interview that there will be no more concerts this year after the current tour... :(

he said this:
"Don't expect too much. There'll be another album, but I don't know when. After this tour, I'm going to go home and have a normal life. These shows we're doing now should have been done in the summer. We've rescheduled these dates twice now and to tell you the truth, I need a break from the band and a break from music. We should have finished in Melbourne but what with one thing or another we had to come back. So I'm up for a rest. The others will probably go back in the studio, they don't need me around anymore to do that. "

... man, I gotta see them again, this concert was so great... I just love this band
