March Break

Postby Cable on Tue Mar 06, 2007 11:40 am

I was going to see what everyone else was doing, then I thought maybe not even everyone gets a week or two off. So those who do get time off, what are your plans, and those who don't (if there are any), do you get time off at a different time?

I'm going to France with my school, pretty sweet. We get 9 days to visit Paris and the the north-western shore where the Canadian troops landed on D-Day. :)

And I'm going to see them in Toronto!

I got mine from March 17 - 24. We are playing 2 ultimate tournaments. The 17th and 18th will be spent in Delaware, then we come back for a small break and own free time for about 3 or 4 days before playing another tournament. We are either driving to New York or flying down to North Carolina for our second tournament before school starts.

It should be good :D

I'm going down to Florida. I am going to do a lot of fishing with my dad in the Indian River and just hang out by the beach. I can't wait.

I'm taking the insurance classes I need in preparation for doing my driving lessons, which will prepare me for my G2 Road Test. If your Canadian, you'll understand what I'm talking about, its the course that allows you to take your G2 Exam sooner. For non-Canadians, I'm basically working towards a driving license.

Man, I just started back at Uni, so no break for me till Easter. Then I'm going away for a few days to Tasmania and then will work to pay off my new laptop and save towards travelling at the end of the year. Yay!

My break does not start until Easter so I have a ways to go. When it does come around I'll probably end up working 30 hours at work to get some dough. I'm looking at getting a new truck so I'm trying to get as many hours as I can.

Oh yeah, our school is suppose to have the same trip for the 90th anniversary of Vimy Ridge. I'm not going though.
