Problem with mpg4 an x264

i donwload nba games regulary, but when i play them with crystal player it gives an error ... something about mp4a audio codec. i play them km player but the audio is 2 seconds slower. CON ANYONE HELP ME FIND AN MP4a audio codec OR HOW I CAN FIX THE SOUND ?!

download and play it in vlc media player
