hey i was checking out anthony15's bobcats dynasty and some thing happen and i keep getting emails whenever some one posts so i went to the page and at the bottom i clicked stop watching this topic but nothing happens i still get the emails can someone help me

Go to your Profile (Upper right of the Forum's page), once there
Scroll down to the Preference section, and
Choose NO on the part that says "Notify Me of Replies".

ok i did that but i still get email and when i go to a topic and go to the bottom it says stop watching this topic so i though it was because of that i click on it and it takes a while and goes to the same thing it still stop watching this topic i click on it so many times but it doesnt work

Maybe you clicked "Notify me when a reply is posted" on one of your replies. You'll have to edit that.
