Devil May Cry 3 or God of War?

I have both and it really depends on what kind of gameplay you like. I thought both were great games.

I got God of War for $13 a couple weeks ago. Good Darko is this game absolutely brilliant. Though I'm stuck on the Challenge of Hades because I can't manage my way past these rotating blades and fall to my death a lot. That said, it's epic and another brilliant piece of work from Dave Jaffe.
I've only played the first Devil May Cry. Also brilliant game, just not as good as God of War, don't know about the third edition, it's supposed to be amazing in it's own right.
Since you can pick them both up for the price of one normal game, picking up both is a legitimate option.
Picking just one, I do have to go with God of War however.

If you like a challenging game God of War isn't the game for you...it's a pretty easy game. It's kind of like Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones on super sissy mode, even on hard.

God of War.
