Anybody know any good music editors that allows you to edit existing mp3's and their bass and treble settings? I'm using Acid Pro 6, and it's pretty much same as Acid Pr 5, and they don't even let you edit bass and treble settings...

sony soundforge
you can do alot with that program, ive been using it for almost 8 years
its made by the same company that makes Acid
Wavelab and Adobe Audition are good digital audio editing software as well

Yes they do. You need to play with the effects. If you don't have any, donwload a plugin or two. Track EQ is the one that will help you with bass and treble etc effects.
