What kind of dynasty should I do?

I'm thinking of doing a dynasty story and I'm deciding between these:

Championship Manager 2006: I'm playing the demo and the demo allows you to only play English teams. I'm pretty much set on doing Manchester United on this one.

College Hoops 2k6 Career Mode: For those who don't know, in this mode you start as a nobody and have to choose from crap colleges in terms of athletics, and through good recruiting and coaching you have to improve your abilities and try to go to bigger programs. The only way you can go to a certain team is by being offered a job by them, so it will be difficult to go to UNC, Duke or other big programs.

College Hoops 2k6 Open Mode: This one allows you to play as any coach in the league. Haven't tried it yet since I have been mostly busy with the career mode. Haven't thought of what team to do yet.

Then again, I might not do anything. Whatever.

Chelsea is too strong and there aren't that many changes Chelesea needs to make since they are loaded. (Not that Man U is weak, but Chelsea is too strong.)

You're just the manager. You can see what's going on in matches...in a very simplified way. So no, you can't actually play the games.
