Russell Simmons' Diamond Studded PSP Jacket

The Co-Founder of Def Jam and Hip-Hop mogul Russell Simmons entered the jewelry game last year with a new jewelry company.

This year this Simmons Jewelry Company is dropping a $35,000 14-karatgold, diamond-studded PSP jacket. The PSP jacket has a crocodile finish and contains gold logos of Simmon' other ventures, including Phat Farm and Baby Phat.

The piece which is an accessory for Sony's PSP portable device made its debut in West Hollywood this spring.

Kimora Lee Simmons, creative director of Baby Phat, and her husband Russell Simmons partnered with Fabrikant & Sons to form Simmons Jewelry Co. in early 2004. Fabrikant & Sons is one of the world’s largest distributors of polished diamonds and jewelry. The Simmons Jewelry Company designs lines of jewelry and watches under the Baby Phat, Phat Farm and Def Jam brands.

I hope he turns into MC Hammer and goes broke. :\ I've seen his house on cribs (he had 2 of them, I forget why the moved out of the first one), they were both immaculate. :evil:
