can some1 explain me whats a NIGGA( i know that's never ingnorant about getting goals acomplished) but i don't understand usa urban and hip-hop culture, so can some1 explain me it, and why nigga appears in some 50cent, and 2PAC SONGS..CAN SOME1 POST THE BEST HIP-HOP WEB IN USA, AND A LIST OF 2PAC WEBS, ABOUT THE THEORYS OF HIS DEATH.THANKS.

Nigga is a word which evolved from the derogative term "nigger". Tupac best defined the distinction between the two.
- NIGGER - a black man with a slavery chain around his neck.

A nigga is basically short for "National Institude for Glorious Ghana Association"... it was set up in the mid 80's to celebrate the nation of Ghana.
Top hip hop songs, anything by Hillary Duff.

He was from Ghana.
