Adobe PhotoShop I believe.

It is a great program but it is hard to adapt to when you are new to it.

Also, I'm going to use the LeBron James one for my sig. It's awesome

make straight lines coming from the character to every direction, blur them a bit and then use a filter tool, don't know what it's called since my photoshop is finnish :D

ahh yeah i get ya now yeah i have i would but i have really shaky hands and a shit mouse so it wouldnt turn out great and as it was i spent 7hrs on that watch itself bout 30 minutes on the pendants.....u should see my mobile phone design i spent 12.5hrs on that
