Hit the RESTART under photo.
U know he did more than just work out, he must have changed his whole lifestyle, sleep, food, drink etc. Thats alot of will power.

He probably didn't change his lifestyle too much...most likely just watched his empty calorie intake (carbonated beverages - beer, pop, etc), worked out about 3 hours a day, looks like mostly upper body...his legs don't change much...and then he probably took a suplement like Hydroxycut, among other things. Supplements can work wonders...

It's kind of disturbing that he goes through a whole year and he only has like four pairs of boxers... :?

I don't workout, but sooner or later I will, but I will never use any suplements, it's weak and cheat to do that and probaly not healthy. It should come natural.
A friend of mine got two bix boxes of some shit he uses, anyway he has gone up like 15 kg in no time!

He probably takes protein to make his muscles grow faster. There's nothing wrong with supplements. I mean, I use Hydroxycut because I'm fat ;)...nah, I use it because it helps define muscles better, and because it has caffeine in it...I don't drink pop anymore because of it. :D My roommate uses protein, and he's friggin' huge. Supplements aren't bad if you're using the all natural ones, otherwise they can be bad. If you use 'em and participate in organized sports, make sure they don't have any banned sustances. Hydroxycut is pretty much caffeine and some herbal thing or other.

If you want to bulk up quickly, just go to a GNC and ask about supplements that naturally speed up the process. Oh, and don't use machines, use free weights. They work the small muscles that machines miss. (Y)

Yeah, I think you're right, If I remember it right he dished it in water or fuck me, maybe it was even milk and than he drank it, I ta(e)sted but damn, it tasted like shit!

Can't get over that shit huh

Anyway when I'm starting workout I will not use any supplements at all what so ever.
I just wouldn't feel comfortable with myself using it.

heh... 11,5mb gif image... no way i'm gonna be loading that...

but anyway, even in 6 months you can get yourself in a very respectable looking shape... 2-3 years ago i was a lanky skinny person, went to the gym working out 4-5 times a week over 6 months, ate healthily, lots of proteins (nothing artificial, just real, actual food), and i gained over 15kg of muscle and mass (from a 70kg to ~85kg, i'm 190cm tall)

currently i'm a bit out of shape though, haven't been working out, but i still have that mass i built back then, but a bit of flab too... i'm about 91kg now.

Well I'm in about the same size as your was before working out, currently I'm about 186cm and weight about 70kg. I want to weight around what you weight 80~85kg.
But you say you don't take any supplements at all?

Man, If I weight 85kg, I would go directly and start a fight with my big brother  (what a dream), and then I would kill him on the basketball court, just going close to the basket and do easy hoop, just do humilate him, muahaha

if you want to get the same amount of protein as the supplements, just eat lots of steak :D I'd do that if I wasn't poor...

That kinda reminds me of myself..cept it took me about 3 years to get buff from being a skinny 16 yr old. Its almost seems impossible that he can do that in 1 year when it took me 3. Then again..im bigger than him...he's just more cut.
