Really looking forward to this one. With all due respect to the Warriors, I'm glad the Clippers won tonight so we can actually have a series here. The Clippers have some serious size and depth to go with a great offense, but I have to stick to my pre-playoff prediction of the Thunder going all the way. OKC in 6.

OKC in 7. I don't see any reason why they won't go to the finals this year.
Hoping for some awesome posterizirations from Westbrook & Griffin
Sun May 04, 2014 4:09 pm
OKC in 5 if Durant goes back to his normal self (which is scoring 30+ ppg). But I'm also counting for Jackson for some good plays and Butler needs to come off the bench and to the starting line-up for more offense.

LAC in 6.

Looks like Brooks isn't tempted to play Perkins extra minutes against Griffin based on the season matchups over the last three years. Ibaka and Collison probably help in that decision making.
Of course, now that DeAndre Jordan is actually a dominant force...

I'm guessing you didn't see any Thunder-Warriors games this season?
The first two were both deciding by 1 point on game-winning shots (the second one was in overtime) and in the third game Durant scored 54 in a shoot-out. It would have been an epic series. Not that this one won't be with the Clippers.
I think OKC in 7 again. But if Durant goes back into MVP mode it could take fewer games.

Not a fan of these teams, nor the players.
But since I truly find Chris Pauls flopping and his overall persona disgusting, Thunder with the sweep.
Sun May 04, 2014 10:50 pm
I kind of wish that this was the Western Conference Finals myself, but at any rate, I'm expecting it to be another great series. I'll take the Thunder in seven very competitive games.

OKC in 7 but with Chris Paul schooling Westbrook on how to be a PG.
Sun May 04, 2014 11:49 pm
No question. Chris Paul is a much more better ball handler and all-around PG than Westbrook

I voted for Lamrock's support for Donald Sterling. But I'm expecting OKC to win this series... If I had to pick a number, maybe... let's just say 5 or 7. They will wrap up the series at home.
This is a nice battle between the chokers, CP3 and Mr. Unreliable. Whichever choker chokes less will get to play in the next round.
That's my prediction.

Clips in 7

thunder in 6

Clippers in 6 . its been Blake Griffin , DeAndre Jordan , Jamal Crowford , Chris Paul and J.J Redick vs Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook

I think you've never heard of Butler, Jackson and Adams

hahaha. let's see

Ibaka probably deserves a mention if we're talking about the prominent players on the Thunder.
Tue May 06, 2014 3:31 pm
Got irritated by Griffin's play against Ibaka. He clearly tangled his feet to Ibaka but still Ibaka was the one who got called for a technical

Who are those guys? They didn't show up during game one.
Tue May 06, 2014 3:54 pm
But Mr. Unreliable showed up for the game.

If that's the CP3 we are going to see for the series, then I change my prediction to LAC in 4.
Also, lolz at Durant shooting percentage and Westbrook turnovers.
And who is their main scorer? Westbrook or Durant?

9/19 for 47.4%, and six turnovers. Not stellar, more so the turnovers, but not exactly hilariously awful either.
Tue May 06, 2014 5:33 pm
Turnovers are what cost them the game.
lolz at Durant because he failed to put up a good shooting percentage and was 5/8 on ft line.
Tue May 06, 2014 5:37 pm
9/19 is quite a reasonable percentage, a shade under 50%. He is uncharacteristically ordinary from the free throw line so far in the Playoffs though, well below his usual mark. Furthermore, only one miss so far can be directly attributed to Joey Crawford; the rest is on Durant.
Tue May 06, 2014 6:04 pm
I was so glad when Durant got the technical. Crying to the refs is stupid. Just because you don't get every call you're used to doesn't mean you shouldn't concentrate a 100% on a PLAYOFF game.
I seriously think Westbrook is going to get traded.
