Sleeves? Really?

Can't say I care for them.

At first, I liked how they look different for a change and because something I could wear regularly as well. But now they're pushing it. Sleeves suck for eyes. Need to get rid of them.

I think they are only doing it because they appeal more to the general public(as they can casually wear too) than sleeved ones.

Those sleeved jerseys need to be washed away in a flood.

Dislike the jerseys too btw, didn't even like the Christmas ones.

I think the sleeves are the NBA's attempt to cover up player tattoos. Before you know it, they will be playing in full body spandex suits.

On the plus side, if the players themselves continue to revolt against them then the NBA may have to back off on the idea (at least as far as them being on-court apparel), the same way they did with the new basketball they tried to introduce back in the 2006/2007 season.

Players revolted all right and that was back in Christmas. I'm sure there will be more after these are officially announced.

How will the players perform all those flashy all-star shit with these sleeves?

With so many sleeved jerseys in the pipeline, I wouldn't expect the negative reaction to immediately put a halt to them. However, if players continue to voice displeasure with them, the league will possibly have to re-think the idea beyond this season.

Ugly as hell.
