Rondo may miss preseason or longer

It is looking more likely that Boston Celtics point guard Rajon Rondo will miss the preseason and some regular season games, according to CSNNewEngland.com.

The Celtics have no timetable for when Rondo will return as he recovers from a torn ACL in his right knee, but he is making progress.

Rondo did some work on the court with new coach Brad Stevens last week.

"He's obviously limited in what he can do on the court," Stevens said. "But he's a worker. That was one thing that was very noticeable."

Man, what a rough offseason for the Celtics. First they lose their coach for somebody untested who has never coached an NBA game in his life, then send two of their better players in a really lopsided trade to a fellow conference team, they drafted a white guy from Gonzaga with long hair in the first round, now Rondo might miss large chunks of the season.

You have to wonder about some of the choices the front office is making. Does Danny Ainge even realize he's headed in the wrong direction this season?

Why would he perform a Len Bias ? Because the hypothetical draft in which the Celtics draft him? If that's the case, every player the Celtics drafted in the lottery should die of drug overdose.
