Bargnani's only bright spot in his entire career was with his shooting(which btw Novak provided more efficiently). He absolutely is under average with everything else. He's been a high volume usage player when he was able to post good numbers. With Carmelo, and Felton around, he's not going to get to control too many possessions now, you don't want him to btw. Which arouses the question his ability to play without the ball in his hand... well. And he's close to second to none when it comes to being a defensive liability.
if the Knicks are planning to give him meaningful minutes as a starter, it's going be through a lot of trouble trying to work this guy into the system.
If the Knicks were planning to use him as an offensive spark off the bench, they already had one, a proven role player who was a great offensive spark off the bench in Novak.
Toronto fans should make this day a national holiday.
