Spurs swept the LoLakers and Warriors beat the Nuggets impressively.

San Antonio: 58 wins - 24 losses

Golden State: 47 wins - 35 losses
The series starts on Monday.

I say Spurs in 6.
Spurs defense should cause GS some real trouble. Despite both teams won their respective home games during the regular season, I think the Spurs are the more likely team to steal a game on the road.

Spurs in 6 also. Though I might get surprised by the Warriors again.

Spurs in 6

Spurs with the broom or 5.
Pop is going to outcoach Jackson so hard that he's gonna go "momma there goes that man!"

I know who voted for that last poll option. Grr. But seems I don't suck at this anymore. 17% is a great improvement from last time around.
Here's for my prediction on this series.

Sometimes people like voting for the actual series instead of your not-funny options. For instance, Warriors in 6
Anyway, you fail harder for not even adhering to your own title format from the first round.

My last format sucked. Now is betta.

Stephen motherfuckin Curry.
I'll say Spurs in 5. The Warriors are an easier matchup for the Spurs than the Nuggets would have been. Spurs' playoff experience will be the biggest factor here. And again, let me reiterate, Stephen motherfuckin Curry.

I have got the Spurs in 5 games. The only person that worries me from the warriors is Jarrett Jack. That dude seems to light up against the Spurs. And possibly Mark Jackson if it turns out that he is actually the Antichrist.

Spurs in 5. Curry will take at least one of course.
Mon May 06, 2013 11:16 am
I'll take the Spurs in five. It feels like I'm selling the Warriors a little short there, but at the same time I feel I wouldn't be giving the Spurs enough credit if I were to pick them in six or seven and I just don't see the Warriors pulling off the upset at all. Golden State will put up a decent fight and avoid a sweep, but I'll be very surprised if the Spurs don't move on and it takes them more than five games.

WOW. What an epic game. Major defensive lapse for the Warriors with four seconds left in the second OT. This game exposed the Warriors' youth, and showcased the Spurs' playoff experience.
Although I'm rooting for the Spurs here, I always love watching Stephen Curry light up the scoreboard like that.

curry was gassed at the end. he played the whole game
Tue May 07, 2013 4:11 pm
This should have ended in regulation. The Warriors' mental lapse tho...
Tue May 07, 2013 4:20 pm
Curry was on a freaking roll. His legs could not have been with him at the end. That dude played the whole game.Hopefully Duncan will not have he shits when the next game comes around.Great game.I fucking hated Manu for taking that three he missed but he made up for it.Then I liked him again.
Tue May 07, 2013 4:29 pm
I gotta say i wasn't surprised though. at the end when the spurs cut it to 12 or 11 i saw another meltdown coming just like against denver the other night

The Spurs sure made the Warriors pay for leaving the door open. Great way to open the series, double overtime with a gamewinning three. Before the series began, Popovich stated that the Warriors were a good team but not a threat; while I doubt the veteran Spurs will be too rattled, Game 1 may change their tune a little. I expect they'll regroup and still take care of business in five games, but it looks like the Warriors are really going to make it a battle.

LoL. At this pace, we possibly could end up seeing the Pacers-Grizzlies Finals. Stern's nightmare.
Can the Warriors keep this up though?

my god the spurs' new jerseys are still so ugly. and they keep wearing them in all of their home games. this is the first time that i can recall teams wearing alternate home jerseys (other than the lakers) in the playoffs. i tihnk miami also wore their all-white ones this year too
