Career best night for Patty Mills!

Talk about coming of age. 27 points, started, 35 minutes.. a number of career highs in one night. Yes the Phoenix team they were playing may as well not have showed up, but it's great to see one of our Aussies who has worked so hard to be putting up good numbers consistently as a member of the Spurs.

God, I miss that ID but had to abandon it as it was my email ID for the resume. Darn googling was leading to this forum where I was caught in a flamewar. Last thing I want my possible employers to see. Lolz.

As Nick said, let's not get ahead of ourselves. Hopefully it leads to more opportunities in the future, be it with the Spurs or someone else. Unless he lands in a situation like Jeremy Lin did though, on a team where he can get those kind of minutes and a chance to put up good numbers on a regular basis, it's likely going to be a little while longer before he gets his big break in the NBA, if at all.
