NBA Jerseys...

Mon Sep 01, 2003 10:56 am

I guess this isn't really the forum to post this but I need to know this...

Where can I get proper Imitation Jerseys and to Australians...is a jersey for 75 Aussie Dollars worth it??

My friend is visiting the West Coast and I'm considering to pay him some money to get me a jersey....but I don't know this:

How much should I pay him...how much do decent jersies cost?
Do they sell those Blue LA jerseys or the white Alternate Laker Jersies...how much should I expect them to be?
And is it any difference getting it here in Oz...as I have asked already...

Well...all I want is a Kobe Jersey and Shorts and also a Wizards T-Lue!

T-Lue is with the Magic now so you might want his Magic jersey.

If you want the "real deal" jerseys, expect them over to be $50-200.

I live in Australia, and bought a new NBA jersey just yesterday. (Kevin Garnett) It cost me 80 bucks. The prices used to be 60 though. The gold coast might be more expensive because it is a tourist area so i'd give him about 90 bucks AUS $ to be on the safe side.

Yes. I cherish my NBA jerseys so much. They are very worth it. :)

I have a authentic Kobe jersey...aka the real deal. It cost me 140 USD, if U want that one...becarefull with the size, cause in authentics a M fits like a L, and a L fits like a Xl ect

It's 2003, the internet is a better place to buy things than on the US west coast. Unless it's weed or something.

Boy you got Shafted if you paid $200+ for an authentic, unless it's a throwback you should pay no more than $170 for it.

I think he was talking about Aussie Dollars, not US

The actual game jerseys use the sizes 44, 46, 48 and so on.

I know....M = 40, L = 44, XL = 48, XXl = 52.....as far as I know they are not selling size 46 jerseys cause those are pro-cuts, like the actual player wears em...but my point was....Authentics run way bigger then Replica´s or swingmans.....so if U have a XL swingman, it would be the best to get a 44 (L) authentic

$225 aussie dollars

Whereabouts did you see jerseys for $225? I've never seen them higher than around $100AUS. :?:

My guess andrew is that he's talking about authentics rather then replicas. Authentics are on the nba store for $140 to $170 american, whereas replicas are $45 to $55.

Ah, of course, I was thinking of replicas. My mistake.
