Thu Aug 21, 2003 1:29 am

KG and Magic.

has to be magic, than maybe KG.

Thu Aug 21, 2003 4:03 am

only kg and magic i think

Thu Aug 21, 2003 5:26 am

Michael Jordan could play everything at his prime,
okay the center jordan might not be the greatest but not a bad one.

Thu Aug 21, 2003 12:44 pm

magic is a no brainer yeah..

KG maybe.. i'm pretty sure he can play 2-5 .. just a little doubtful at the point though.. altho he does have good ball handling skills for a big man..

scottie pippen in his prime was a great versatile player.. he could easily play the 1-4 spots.. not so sure about the 5 tho

Thu Aug 21, 2003 12:56 pm

Magic, and to a lesser extent Pippen and KG. Pippen can/could play well at all positions except centre, while KG can play at guard but is more reliable at the frontcourt positions.

Magic Johnson & KG

Thu Aug 21, 2003 6:24 pm

yeh magic and KG, but what about lamar odom?? He's 6'10 strong, can dribble very well and shoot??? same with Tim Thomas, sure they are not proven but they have a very good potential!

Plus whats with MJ and PIP??? at C even in their prime??!!! NO way!!!one is 6'6 the other 6'7!!!

acutally Tim Thomas isn't that well of a ball handler...Pipen and Jordan can both playmake...they have althleticsism..and great rebounding ability...it isn't about the height it's about the skill...

Thu Aug 21, 2003 8:52 pm

thats easy to say......Magic Johnson by far

Thu Aug 21, 2003 11:55 pm

LOL, i was just wonderin' what would Earl Boykins make @ C..........

Thu Aug 21, 2003 11:58 pm

Magic (he played all 5 anyway), KG and Odom (he played all 5 as well)

Fri Aug 22, 2003 12:01 am

True Tim Thomas can't go a game without traveling at least twice...Imagine if he played the point, he'd lead the league in turnovers.

Fri Aug 22, 2003 10:06 am

Carmelo Anthony. I'm not sure if he can play center. Maybe Lebron.

Fri Aug 22, 2003 10:08 am

ok.. true.. maybe not Thomas, but MJ and PIP??? sure they have the skill but they were too physicaly small!! strength wise!!

Fri Aug 22, 2003 12:14 pm

They don't have the size or strength to play significant minutes at centre. They could probably play the role of a centre in certain offensive sets though.

Fri Aug 22, 2003 1:11 pm

antoine walker

I think Dirk could play all 5 positions, he has proven he can play center, power forward, small forward and shooting guard, only point guard is a question, but he could, he is fast, has good shot range, can handle the ball very well for a big man, so I think he could play point guard but i doubt he will.
And i don't remember watching him play much(on vintage) but couldn't elgin baylor play all 5 positions? I am not sure....
