Draft Lottery in just a couple of minutes, IMO whoever lands the lucky ball will draft Kyrie Irving...

Best event on the NBA calendar. OMG let's make predictions!!! I think it's gonna go CLE (via LAC), MIN, CLE!!!
Wed May 18, 2011 10:50 am
How did you do with your presentation, man?
Both Utah (in the Deron Williams deal) and Cleveland (in the Baron Davis trade) will pick in the Top 3, along with Minny... KAHN!!!!!
Wed May 18, 2011 10:51 am
Lol if Utah gets the top pick and takes Jimmer
Wed May 18, 2011 10:52 am
Charlotte, Phoenix, Minnesota would be awesome
Watch Minny draft Irving, then Rubio comes back, and Flynn turns into a star.

Cleveland #1, Minnesota #2, Utah #3, Cleveland #4.

Dan Gilbert is BI-WINNING! Picks and one and four. Cleveland basketball may be restored sonner then we think.

Cleveland should trade Baron & pick up Kyrie (or reserve Davis) and then pick up Enes Kanter (unless Utah or Minnesota takes him).

And the Cleveland pick was the one from the Clippers....

Epic fail by the Clips

Cavs with two of the top four picks a year after The Decision. That sound you hear is the din of a thousand conspiracy theorists clacking away on their keyboards.

Cavs have to take Irving for sure. After that they can do whatever they want with the 4th pick. We could even trade it for a all star/superstar using our $14 million trade exception.

Raptors #5 pick.
Cleveland having luck in their favor with #1 and #4. Lucky.

Bet the Clips and the Nets aren't all that happy right now...

It might be best to keep Baron around. An experienced veteran pg like him can be helpful for Kyrie Irving.

I know. I loved how there was all the GM's, owners, and Players... and then there was Dan Gilbert's son.

wasn't too bad. they unloaded Baron & got Mo Wiliiams so it wasn't a complete failure.
and Utah will get jimmer wth 1 of their 2 picks. luckily for them, Larry Bird doesn't pick before them.

Raptors fans (on Real GM) are happy:

Funny how when something doesn't go the way a particular fan would like, they go immediately to the "NBA is rigged" accusation. Was it rigged in 2006 when the Raptors won the first overall pick with only the fifth best chance of doing so?
Wed May 18, 2011 12:51 pm
There was an NBA draft in 2006?
Wed May 18, 2011 12:54 pm
Cleveland can potentially pick up Kyrie Irving and Kemba Walker at those 1st and 4th picks.

I agree with Lamrock. Imagine getting two number one picks in three years. The player drafted at that position would be much better trade bait than a Baron Davis or Mo Wililams. The Clippers are still developing, and are a few moves away from being solid contenders. They could have used that pick. Epic Fail indeed.
With Cleveland having two of the top 4 picks, they should have two starting rookies.

hmm.. Wizards get 6. interesting number for that team name.
I just dont get it. The Mock drafts I see all have the Cavs selecting a PG at #1. Hello! The Cavs need a good big man! They need to trade Jamison for another pick.
They could trade jamison to sacramento/anaheim for the Kings first rounder. That would get them three picks.
Pick 1, Kanter
Pick 4, Kawhi Leonard
Pick 7, Knight
hmmm... three ks. maybe not so good....

And the Kings would do this because...
