yeah, nike is a good company among reebok and adidas to make little asian boys work in sweatshop. With one year salary they hardly can buy a pair of nike.

ok, if we're talking about the brand, nike is a good company who knows how to communicate and promote his products and his stars
with the money saved in sweatshop, they could give millions to superstars. work ethic doesn't really pay.

(this post has nothing against you jason kidd, but i don't agree when people are saying that brands like Nike are good companies)

The company that's headed in the right direction these days happens to be Adidas. After signing The 2002-2003 NBA scoring leader Tracy McGardy to a lifetime deal 3 years ago, Adidas has also inked Tim Duncan and Kevin Garnett, all of these guys are top 5 in the league and all have good reps.

Now we look at Nike, we all know Nike has more money than God but that doesn't mean that they're very smart. They just inked Kobe Bryant, who's turning into O. J Simpson version 2.0, LeBron and Melo, both who haven't played one game in the NBA and Vince Carter, a very injury-prone player. In my opinion Adidas is doing Big Thangs these days.

They arent making the shoe just to sponsor the player they are doing it to make more money. I think nike is doing better things than adidas. They have a ton of nba players not just bron, melo and kobe.

I'm not going to name every player Nike and Adidas have under contract cause that would be just plain stupid, instead I named the big names under contract for each of the companies.

Reebok has to be "Team Overrated" from looking at their line-up and their ATR commercials, Kenyon Martin (Thinks he's a max player but we all know he isn't), Baron Davis (One of the most out of shape point guards I have ever seen, still puts up decent numbers though), Jalen Rose (PFFT! I don't even want to talk about Jalen Rose), Steve Francis (another overrated point guard), and J-Rich is a dunker nothing more, nothing less. Iverson is the only bright spot when it comes to Rbk.

What? Steve Francis overrated? First he averaged 21, 6.2 and 6.2 plus 1.74 steals!?!?!? and u say he is overrated, he is one of the best point guards in the game today.

So what is J-Rich is just a dunker, lots of peole like him so people will buy his shoes kinda thing, just because someone is good doesn't mean anything. You have to have people like u and J-Rich has that, so there.
