Definitely Texas on shooting stars, good god thats some unbalanced teams

Skills- I think wall will be too out of control and lose it and pauls knee will affect his cuts. D-Rose is who my head tells me to pick, but Westbrook gets his shots to fall i think he could take it.

3 pt-Im just gonna be an idiot and pick allen. Cant justify it, but cant NOT justify it.

Dunk-As long as its better than last year's i dont care, but go Blake

EDIT: HOLY FUCK...Kenny smith's wife is hot. Why am i so surprised?

That all-star draft thing on ESPN was pretty funny. So many quotables. My favorite was...

Didn't catch the start, why did Chuck pick Iverson with the #1 pick?

Cause he thought it was greatest all-star perfomers, not putting together the greatest team of all-stars.

Same picks as Doobie. Team Texas seems best equipped to win the Shooting Stars, I'll of course be pulling for Chicago but I don't think it's happening. Rose is a bit of a homer pick but he's won the contest before and it seems only fitting that Allen win the contest in the same season that he breaks the all-time record for threes made. With fan voting in the Finals, I think NBA fans at large have been conditioned to vote for Griffin but at the same time I reckon he'll have a strong showing and be worthy of the crown.

Team Texas blew it in the final, they had a lot of time to make that halfcourt shot. Ah well, 0/1 so far.

0/2 so far Andrew. Chris Paul missing that first lay up was hilarious.

Yeah, Rose was a little slow on the last station and a couple of those passes cost him. Paul's missed layup completely messed him up, I believe that's the first time someone's missed that first layup. If not, it hasn't happened very often.

Great performance by Curry, actually improving on his first round time.

Glad to see Curry win the skills challenge. Love his game. He looked half creepy and half natural with those two young girls between him.

Allen's looking good in the three point shootout, even though he didn't get the last two shots off in time. Gibson's performance pretty much sums up the Cavs' season to date.

0/3, fine shooting by Jones in the final round. Pierce had a much better finals after just squeaking by in the first round, I still thought Allen was going to top them both with at least 21 but it wasn't to be. First round was a little ugly with Gibson and Durant, Wright wasn't much better.

The first round was ugly, if Pierce hadn't made the final 3 for 4 points, he would have been in single-digits too.

I don't entirely agree with all of the scores so far, but this dunk contest is miles ahead of last year and probably one of the best in a while.
