New Mavericks jersey

As seen in the Rookie Photoshoot... Dominique Jones with the new Dallas Mavericks jersey. The only pic I could find, it's a start until the team releases the official news.

Dominique Jones is at NBA rookie training camp and at some point all the league's rooks get together for a photo shoot. And what do you know, standing at the end of the first row is Jones wearing a what would appear to be a brand-spanking new road uniform.

We've heard of new duds for the Minnesota Timberwolves, Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Clippers, but this is the first -- I think -- news of new Mavs uniforms.

So, are new uniforms in the offing?

"Maybe," Mavs owner Mark Cuban coyly wrote in an email.

It would appear the rookie class picture beat a Mavs announcement.

It's a little bland for my taste.

The blue is too light. They should stick with the old one.

As ugly as the old ones were, this is just turrible. Reminds me of the Thunder's jersey.

I love the old ones. They're outdated now, but I think they should keep them until the end of the Dirk era.

What I'd like to see, given the retro influences teams seem to have followed, is some sort of connection to the Reunion Arena days.

This is just bland ugly.

I like their light blue alternate, but don't much care for the change here. Clean enough design I guess, but an unnecessary change in my view.

The worst Dallas jersey, for me. Missing the old style.

i think the mavericks should do what their name suggests and be extremely different!

Probably. I didn't care for them, but if you're going to have an ugly jersey, may as well make it original, unlike this already dated light blue turd they have now.

I thought that the green Diddy alternates were horrible but when they changed the color scheme to blue last year i liked them a lot
