Antoine Walker in NBA next season?

It would be cool if he is in the NBA next season, although I doubt he will make it.

Yeah, whoever he signs with will become an instant contender thanks to his veteran status!

Don't forget the outside shooting. Nobody will double-team his teammates now, when there's a four-point threat on the court.

The Nets could use a force like him.

He'd only have to play five years at the veteran minimum to pay down his debts.

I still say if he wants to try and make it back to the NBA to try and pay off his debts, then good luck to him; he'll certainly need it. And as benji said, for the money he's likely to get if he did make it back, he'll need to be able to stick around for a few years.

I have no idea if he's been keeping in shape, but this attempt will fail horribly. Not only he's been away for a long time, his last few years in NBA has been really awful. On top of that, he's old now. Him I think have to consider other options to pay off the debt, like playing alongside Marbury or Childress. I don't see how he'll compete at NBA level now.
