Looks like Danny Ferry is trying to do anything he can to try and bring the title to Cleveland.

Not surprising with the way the Celtics have stacked their frontcourt with their signings thus far. Great pickup for the Cavs.

If February comes  , but nice sign, high risk, high reward sign
Powe is either gonna be ineffective the whole season(I mean 2 months and more), or a guy who will score over and over again(for 2 months and more)

Just when I was starting to wonder about Powe. Another solid pickup for Cleveland. I hope Powe will take his game to another level if given the chance.

Nice low risk, high reward addition, especially with team option after 1st year. Now we just have to wait until he recovers, while Hickson can get decent playing time, gain an experience and develop (hopefully).

This kid played a big part in Boston's championship run. Now he's with another contender? Just wows me. Shaq and Powe. Sounds like a great front court if Shaq remains still awesome.

He is out until at least February and may never play again. He was the best backup power forward in the NBA in 2008, but injuries have plagued him since college.

P.S. I love how the Fast Reply option is blocked by a fucking Gillette ad.

I'm quite sure he will play this season, but an extra insurance (2nd year team option) never hurts. He's still young, so he should be ok.

I wasn't aware the outlook was that bleak.
