Non-All Stars includes players who have never been voted/selected into the ASG and players who have never been replacements in the ASG.
Also, Rookies and Sophmores cannot be included as they have not had much chance to be selected as an All Star, so this excludes players such as Derrick Rose.

If they start Marbury - Finley - Szczerbiak - Martin - Wallace and play them star minutes, they would win 20-25 games.

My method of calculation might be stupid though. This is a really terrible team.

You overrated them on the first count. I had to use 2007-08 numbers for a number of these guys because they either didn't play this season (Walker) or played so little it was meaningless (Stackhouse) in terms of sample size. For your starters I gave them 70% of minutes (around 34mpg) and all bench players except Francis (only PG, also sixth man) 20% of remaining minutes (10mpg). Francis got 30% which is around 15mpg. That said, Walker leads the team at 16.1ppg. The team would be expected to score 85 points a game, and give up 101. That's a pythag of about 7-8 wins. So 7-75 or 8-74 would be expected. (Once you get over a point differential of 12, you hit diminishing returns in terms of how bad you can get.)

Going with your other starting lineup, same minute criteria. (I.e. Walker is now 20%, Martin is 70%.) You slightly underrated them. Finley leads with 16.4ppg. They score 90 points a game and give up 96 for a pythag of 25-57.

Now, a real bottleneck is 2008-09 Marbury. Flipping him and Francis takes that second rotation to 34-48. Flipping them for the first rotation takes them to 11-71. Replacing him with 2007-08 Marbury takes the first rotation to 13-69 and the second to 39-43.

What exactly is your method for calculating the wins? I do a simplistic method of multiplying win shares per minute for each player by the minutes they would get, hence the different results.
