Like Thomsen says ... that would mean a cakewalk to the finals for the Cavaliers this year.

Man If they are able to pull this off! This is would win them a Championship .Man Jamison! If I were the Wizs I would not do this trade . You are missing your franchise player what do expect.I mean when Arenas is heathy Jamison and Butler tats a beast big three but I wouldn't be surprized if they start rebuilding

Too bad Jamison can't play any D, for which the Cavs are known for.

But Jamison can give you minutes as a PF, Butler can't really do that.

Fine deal for the Cavs if they can pull it off, though if I'm the Wizards I'm definitely thinking twice about pulling the trigger. On the surface, a pairing of Arenas/Butler is a good idea moving forward given their age but with all of Arenas' injury problems I'd be quietly considering ways of moving Arenas instead. Right now, they're just throwing money away on him to blog to the delight of a diminishing audience and for all his talk of revenge and taking over the league, right now he's looking more like Grant Hill: The Next Generation.

Right now Gilbert Arenas has the worst contract in the NBA. Nobody in their right mind would trade for him. They may be quietly considering to move him ... but there is nothing they can do, other than waiting and praying he'll be back healthy next season.

Unless Arenas pulls out an Amare in recovery.

That would be awesome! I could see cleveland giving up a combination and huge contract of ben wallace, maybe add pavolvic or wally, along with one of their younger players like tray johnson or terrence kinsey. Washington needs a yonger point gaurd to kinsey would be great for that team, he can play the one and the two. Although i'd hate to see wally go because he's playing well right now, but the main thing the cavaliers need is an offensive big man, they have plenty of gaurd right now. Maybe in the off season they should trade illgauskas, but i'd hate to see z play for another team. He could be the next brad daughtery, a big man who played for cleveland his whole career?

Yeah as much as I would liek to see the deal go through .It could possibly break up there chmeistry because Wally is a great Locker room guy for the Cavs and we really don't know how Jamison would play off the becnh or with Lebron and Williams .

Ah, but not all NBA GMs would appear to be in their right mind. It's highly unlikely, but I wouldn't rule it out completely.
