Tyler Hansbrough is about to break the scoring record in UNC that none other Tar Heel great has never done. Sam Perkins was close although Michael Jordan, James Worthy, Vince Carter, Antawn Jamison, Jerry Stackhouse, and Rasheed Wallace never achieved. Where does this put Hansbrough as in all time UNC rankings, and in the level of the ACC greats?

Hasn't he played longer for UNC than any of the other Tar Heels? He's a senior this year right?

Jordan played 3, Worthy either 3 or 4, Carter 3 I think, Jamison 4 I believe, Stackhouse 2 years, Rasheed Wallace maybe 2 or 3 years....

Some of those guys also played alongside each other, which I'd suggest limited their opportunities to break the record. It certainly doesn't diminish the honour though.
