Speculation about Carmelo Anthony

Hey guys,
I was casually reading this article on NBA.com about Team USA and this caught my eye:
And Carmelo Anthony on the rumors that the Nuggets were interested in trading him to the Pistons – "I haven't been worrying about that. I've been good. I've just been trying to focus on training and doing things like that. So I haven't really been worrying about having all those trade rumors in my mind. It's been motivation to me. If I'm in trade talks, then obviously somebody wants me. If they was talking about trading me and teams were like, 'No, we don't want him,' then I'd be stressed out.
"Every year there's a guy on each team that's involved in trade rumors. It's just this year it was me. It was D-Wade and me this offseason. But we laugh and joke about it. I know … I don't know … I don't think I'm going anywhere. I'm just playing it by ear. I'm just working out and focusing on these U.S.A. games." - Dave McMenamin, NBA.com
