If this were real, he would be in so much trouble. Even though he was fine, risking getting hit my an Aston Martin in the middle of a playoff race? Come on. I can't believe how many people are taking this seriously.

Unless the judge throws your case out citing "redonculousness" as the reason, leaving you with huge medical bills :( I don't know man, either you get a million bucks, or you're short several thousand. Is it worth the gamble? I say yes.*
