Kenny George - 7-8 360 pounds

Postby grusom on Tue Dec 04, 2007 7:30 pm

http://nbadraft.net/admincp/profiles/kennygeorge.html - I just noticed this guy at the bottom of the 2009 mock draft at nbadraft.net. Does anybody know anything about him? the only things I have been able to find is a very short wikipedia article and a clip of him blocking a few shots on youtube.

He's pretty damn untalented, just a really tall guy. He also has severe knee problems from his height. I see no reason why he would ever play in the NBA unless he suddenly devloped actual skill and his knees managed to hold up that massive frame of his.

If he dropped a 100 pounds, I bet his knees would feel alot better.

Lol, that youtube video on that link you posted was hilarious.
They had no chance of guarding him. He just stood there waiting for the ball and he still missed the first shot!!!

Fuck me he is massive. Looks useless as a basketballer, but he is huge. Make everyone else look like dwarves on the court.

I think Kenny George is best compareable to this Sun Ming Ming guy (about 7,8-7,9 w/o shoes on and weighs about 370lbs). BTW, does Kenny also have (or had) gigantism because normally ppl don't grow to such huge sizes without some kinda of piutrary disorder (I've heard Ken's parent's where of 'normal' height)?

... When you create a player with a ‘THICK’ build and place him on either the Bobcats or Thunder, the game will crash when entering the game.

That being said, we only have 5 existing players in the league who are ‘THICK’ builds:

Glen Davis
Shaquille O’Neal
Eddy Curry
Jerome James
Michael Sweetney

Workaround: Don’t put a ‘THICK’ build created player OR one of the above players on the Bobcats or Thunder and the game won’t crash.

A good friend of mine plays for Ohio State and they played UNC Asheville in the NIT. He said George is absolutely hilarious and talks a lot of trash in a joking manner.

They got drunk together after the game and he told me Kenny is even funnier drunk.

I think Sun latched onto a Japanese team now, in the Japanese 2nd league.
