2 questions. 1) Is this gonna be an nba.com fantasy game? 2) The draft order in NBA.com ; after the second round does it return back to the top or does it let the last person have the first pick of the 2nd round

no cut off time, but there is a limit on how many teams can be in the league, so its a good idea to get your money in asap.
