Is your favorite team shorter than most? Taller? Heavier? More experienced? Find out in the 2004-05 NBA Player Survey, which compiles roster data for all 30 teams.

fun stuff to check out
-Shaq isn't 1 of the top 10 tallest NBA players, that was a suprise.

-Phenoix is the youngest team was anther suprise

-Oak Hill Academy has 3 players straight from high school in the league right now
-the college most nba players went to was Kentucky

-Also Shawn Marion can be called "Mr. Average"
Despite his extraordinary leaping ability, Shawn Marion has a tendency to fly under the radar, leading some in the world of basketball to call him underrated. TNT's Kenny Smith likes to refer to Marion as "The Matrix," based on his other-worldly athletic talents.
NBA.com thinks he's pretty average, as in Mr. Average 2004-05, based on the results of this year's NBA Roster Survey.

Marion, an All-Star in 2003, had all the necessary ingredients, standing 6-7 -- the league average is 6-7.26 -- and weighing 228 (224.29). He'll celebrate his 27th birthday (27.03) in June and last year completed his fifth season in the NBA (4.61). Others came close, among them, Vince Carter, Paul Pierce, Kobe Bryant and Shane Battier, but none was more average than Marion. Marion's victory breaks Matt Harpring's two-year stranglehold on the award.
