Rather than simply picking the all-time teams for each NBA club, this is player-specific. So, for example, LeBron's all-time team could include players from both the Cleveland Cavaliers, and Miami Heat. The only catch is that they must have been his teammates at one time or another. In other words, you can't choose from the team's all-time roster, only players who played with your selected player.
The Rules
- You can make an all-time team for any player (preferably one who is actually widely considered an all-time NBA great) including a player that someone else has already mentioned, if you have a different lineup to suggest.
- Teams will consist of five starters, and seven bench players, similar to an All-Star squad.
- As mentioned above, the players must have been teammates. In other words, Michael Jordan and Derrick Rose cannot be on the same squad; it's all-time teams for individual players, not teams.
- All-Star, college, high school, national, and charity game teams and so on do not count. Only NBA teams.
- Picks don't have to be based on the year the players played together. In other words, they don't necessarily have to have played with one another when they were both in their prime.
