Harden is going to have take over in these last few games. Tough Matchups.

Western conference is bringing the entire NBA down, having losing record teams make the playoffs is ridiculous, Bulls are getting screwed not getting that spot from such undeserving weak conference teams.
Opinions are my own.

I know that feeling. It's as if me not playing in fantasy Finals but watching Los Toros and Kevin winning it all in each of NLSC fantasy leagues.

I'd have to pick the Rockets to miss out. They've been dysfunctional and inconsistent all season. I mean, they just lost to the Bulls in Houston.

Even though the Bulls are currently getting screwed by it, the situation does make me smirk a little. Those fans of Western Conference teams who were complaining that the Playoffs should be the top sixteen teams regardless of Conference are suddenly being very quiet, now that the tables have turned. I still say that the Conference format makes sense, and that sometimes, that's just the way it goes. If a couple of borderline Playoff teams who don't have a realistic shot at the championship miss the postseason because the Conference is a bit more competitive that season, tough luck. You want a shot at winning it all? You need to be better than hovering around (or just below) .500.

Bulls are garbage and ain't winning anything anyways
It's not the west teams' fault that GSW & SA are so good. There could be 2 70 win teams this year in the same conference. In a normal year, 5-10 of the wins from them would be losses to some of these teams that are around .500. People should be happy the east doesn't suck as bad as it did before.

Doesn't Leastern conference hold a winning record against Western?

Too bad though Leastern teams still got no shot this year. Cavs might be a top team but there's a great chance they could get knocked out from 2nd round. BOS, ATL, TOR all aren't too far behind and LBJ's still not clicking with his sidekicks.

I'm definitely happy the East is less of a laughing stock. I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy.

Miami can beat the cavs, assuming they can get past a tough opponent in boston

Miami over Spurs in 5.

That said, with Harden's DPOY performance I don't think Rockets will have their season extended.

Things got weird. Here's sum up.

1) Mavericks clinched.
2) Jazz and Rockets are tied(40-41).
3) Rockets hold tie-breaker.
-Jazz face the Lakers in season finale.
-Rockets face the Kings in season finale.

Also, James Harden asks Kobe to help the Rockets. I have a feeling Kobe will do best to help Harden out. After all, he could retire on a high note(?).

This is the new, charitable and mellow Kobe Bryant, after all. I imagine he'll happily oblige.

It's sad that the Less-than conference is allowed to perform like this and they get a pass because "history" rather than a sane reseeding system.
