An open letter from Mikhail Prokhorov, owner of the Brooklyn Nets

Published on Yahoo! NBA:

Soon I will be marking the sixth year of my ownership of the Brooklyn Nets basketball team. Just last month, I made the decision to give the club a fresh start with a new general manager and head coach. I wanted to share with you the lessons I have learned so far as the first foreign owner of an NBA franchise.

I'm obviously not a Nets fan, but I enjoyed reading it; it was interesting to see him openly reflect on how these past few years have turned out, and what it's taught him. Of course, these days it's refreshing to get any letter from an owner that isn't in Comic Sans.

Where is graybakflip now?

Cool to see an owner actually admitting a huge mistake publicly.
