Do you guys think LeBron will get enough votes to start the next all-star?

Possibly, but I still think that the established stars' popularity will prevail.

I think if he's around 15/5/5, he'll do it.

u think he will be puttin up Franci like numbers his fist year? ---- coming out of highschool...I think he barely ot those numbers in highscool (I ould be wrong though)
an if u think T-mac isn't going to start on allstar team, and isn't deserving....U have no NBA knowledge. Seriusly t-mac is one of the tops in the game right now. If not the top--> Kobes better I think.

And Kobe WILL starton the Western Al star team! He will be either irst or second mst vote getter.

Not necessarily. Those numbers will almost definitely get him selected by the coaches as a reserve, but fan voting is based on popularity, not necessarily numbers (of course, popular players are usually the top players anyway).

Consider Yao Ming, who was voted as a starter despite the fact Shaq had better numbers. Jerry Stackhouse was having a better season than Michael Jordan, but MJ still got more votes. Why? Because more people wanted to see MJ in the All-Star game than Jerry Stackhouse.

I think he was averaging 30+ in high school. I'd be very surprised if he did that in his rookie season, especially if he plays point guard as Silas plans. That would probably make Ricky Davis the number one option - and I don't see Ricky Davis get 30+ ppg, so I don't see how LeBron would do so as the second option.

15/5/5 is probably a safe bet. Maybe even around 18/5/5. Who knows, he could surprise us, but I think some people are setting the bar a little high. He's got a lot of promise, a lot of potential, but he hasn't proven anything at the NBA level yet.
