Artest's press conference was great. 'Kobe passed me the ball! He never passes me the ball!

I used to be a much bigger Laker hater, but this year I was just glad that LeBron didn't win. And the fact that 'Ammo' already has 2, is great.

And I don't get koberulz, the Lakers won game #7 and the title I think thanks to Artest and he still hates him.

And I'm a Heat fan too, hope that won't add fuel to the fire.

That Artest was the best player on the floor shows how awful everyone else played. 7/18 from the floor, 2/7 from three, five rebounds...that's nothing. It's actually pretty awful.

I remember him after shooting the last free throws (were they?) of the game, like he carried the entire team :shake: by showing off his jersey to the crowd when Boston called for time. What a whack.

EDIT: The Lakers won the championship yet koberulz is still irate. :?

you need to realize that basketball is played on 2 ends not just one. maybe then you can wake the fuck up and actually understand someones worth. artest won game 7 while kobe did everything in his power to blow the game

Yeah, 20 points, 5 rebounds, 5 steals is awful in game #7 of the Finals.

23 on 6 of 24 shooting is much better. Best rebounder ever too, 15 rebounds like omg!

Gone 7/18 from the floor including 2/7 from three? With five rebounds? I'm sure he could have got close. Game three last year? 2/7 from three (spot on), 5/13 from the floor (close enough, basically the same percentage), seven rebounds (better).

Can Ariza match up with Paul "the best player on the planet" Pierce?

Did I ever say any of that? Everyone, on both teams, played pretty poorly. Artest was just the least poor on the Lakers, is all. You insert Artest's game into pretty much any other game all year, it'd be seen for the utter crap it was. The entire game was pretty much woeful on both sides.

See? True Lakerz fan(bois) knows how to protect Kobe and makes other teammates look utter shit frigging diahrrea shitbags. Look how discussion is constructive and likeable.

well everyone on the lakers team should be sucking his balls right now cause he won the game. he played great defense the entire game while adding offensive production when it was needed. not like kobe who looked like a cat having a heart attack

Sorry, in what way is this post constructive? Why don't you find something better to do with your time than taking pointless shots at me. Like, I don't know, reading my posts. Clearly, you've not done that, or you'd notice that I wasn't 'protecting Kobe' in any way, shape or form. I said he played worse than Artest and Artest played poorly. Since when was 'well' worse than 'poorly'?

Sauru wrote:he played great defense the entire game while adding offensive production when it was needed. not like kobe who looked like a cat having a heart attack

7/18 is hardly "production". He's a great defender and a subpar shooter who makes, at times, incredibly bad decisions. The shot against the Suns in game five, whichever game it was that he wasted 22 seconds of the shot clock before hoisting up a contested three, trying to foul Brian Scalabrine with one second left on the shot clock in game seven, and so on.

As far as the question posed earlier about Ariza defending Pierce...benji? Any stats to answer this one better than Pierce's PPG averages against teams with Artest vs PPG averages against teams with Ariza? That's the only thing I have the knowledge to locate, and it's clearly a damn flawed way of doing that.

Though you'd also have to factor in when Artest makes shitty decisions on offense that lead to having to make stops that wouldn't otherwise have to be made, which is something Ariza was good at not doing.

So his shitty game won the game for the Lakers. And your Kobe sucked ass more than Artest. And your point is Artest sucks ass, but hardly nobody approves your opinion here, yet you are dragging it once again. Great. I don't know how you were being contructive with your posts here rather than frustrating and tiring almost everybody with your 'look at me, i know better than u' attitude once again. Don't blame me for having some fun outta this.

Uh huh. Because when that crazy guy said the earth orbited around the sun, he was wrong and therefore everyone was right in believing him.

Besides, this is an internet forum. Posting opinions is kinda the point.

Great. I don't know how you were being contructive with your posts here rather than frustrating and tiring almost everybody

Ooh! Ooh! I know this one!

What is posting about basketball instead of using random insults that have nothing to do with the post in question and attempting to insert every possible permutation of the word 'shit'?

This brings back the question "Does a retard know he's retarded"

No, my point is that I don't even believe my own argument.

Of course my point is that the possibility of my being the only person who is correct should never be dismissed as inherently impossible. I'd hardly be making a point if I thought it was the wrong point to make.

My point?

Everyone in game seven played poorly. Fairly sure everyone agrees with this to some degree.
Ron Artest is a poor shooter. Nobody needs to agree with this, stats prove it to be true.
Ron Artest makes shitty decisions offensively. Jackal seems to agree with this, as have others when these decisions have been more apparent (see: game five of the Suns series).
Ron Artest is a solid defender. Is there anyone who disagrees with this?

So...your statement that everyone thinks I'm wrong isn't even right. Less blindly bashing me in completely off-topic ways, more reading the threads in which you post. kthxbai.

The bottomline is it all started from you bashing Artest/Supporting-casts to the level where people had to start defending him/them. Rest were pointless... no matter what points you were trying to make.

benji's unavailable for now considering he's giving 'private services' to his manlove Kobe Bryant.

Pierce vs. Ariza
Pierce vs. Artest

Interpret the numbers yourself kids.

What? I'm pretty sure the point I'm making is entirely relevant to what point should be argued against it.

Relevant or not, your bullcraps have grown tiresome and frustrating. I have to assume that goes for many here. No offense.

what is the point? talking about ariza? talking about the suns series? simple as this i said artest won game 7 for the lakers. you refuse to accept this for some reason and are trying your best (and failing) to prove otherwise. wtf does anything other than game 7 have to do with artest won game 7 for the lakers? if not for him the celtics are the nba champions right now
