Is that how we will remember Antoinio Daniels?
Thu Apr 09, 2015 10:21 pm
Better than not being remembered at all, I suppose.

He has a ring.
More than Yao, Harden, and Dwight combined.

Ok, I give up on the Heat and Wade for this season. Hang the flag. They just aren't that good, especially this Wade.
Wade is done as one of the best in the league. I want to see him coming off from the bench as a sixth man on a good team kinda like Ginobili. Perhaps he needs to go join LBJ in Cleveland.
Fri Apr 10, 2015 1:37 pm
I wouldn't mind having him on the Bulls, after Aaron Brooks inevitably leaves this offseason.
Fri Apr 10, 2015 11:51 pm
Sure I'll take him if he comes on a minimum contract and agrees to carry dougie mcbuckets jock

With Rose limping and taking days, months off consistently, Wade could fill in just as nice for the Bulls. They can take turns for paid vacation.

Frankly, I'm sick of Kendrick Perkins always getting the benefit of those superstar calls.

As long as it's coordinated nicely, it'll all work out I'm sure.

smh at the refs in the game. Hope they don't officiate in the playoffs, lol

Giannis really earning his nickname this year

NBA forgives Westbrook for his 16th (I believe) tech.
Boy are the Pelicans gonna be pissed if they slip out.
Tue Apr 14, 2015 8:11 pm
iirc Pelicans hold the tiebreaker?
Pelicans win vs Spurs, Pelicans get in the playoffs, while the Thunder need to win against the Wolves and for the Pelicans to lose to get in.
Tue Apr 14, 2015 8:14 pm
Yes they do.
They play agaisnt the Spurs, Spurs need the win to lock up the 2nd seed.
Thunder play against the Wolves. I wonder how many times will Westbrook go to the line.
Pelicans are going to be pissed.

Blazers would have definitely beat OKC without Russ. Even with half of their roster injured in that game.
Thu Apr 16, 2015 1:01 pm
If the Pacers -- down by 13 at halftime -- lose to the Grizzlies, it would mean three of last year's four conference finalists would miss the postseason: Indiana, Miami and Oklahoma City.
Thu Apr 16, 2015 2:08 pm
Paul George, injured again.
Thu Apr 16, 2015 3:02 pm
Sad to see Paul George's promising career end up like Danny Granger.
When the tank is so strong that you need a drafted player who hasn't played a single second in the NBA to coach the huddle...
Thu Apr 16, 2015 5:35 pm
Wasn't just Embiid:
Brown let several of the bench players draw up plays in the huddle. Guard Jason Richardson joked the Sixers scored on all of his plays.

Among the names already linked to the Nuggets' job include Golden State Warriors associate head coach Alvin Gentry and sideline veterans Vinny Del Negro and Mike D'Antoni, who got his first NBA head-coaching opporuntity from Denver in 1999.
sideline veteran Vinny Del Negro
Fri Apr 17, 2015 9:59 am
To his credit, Del Negro does have a winning record as a coach, and his teams went to the postseason four out of five seasons. Five years' experience on the sidelines is definitely playing it fast and loose with the word "veteran", though.
Fri Apr 17, 2015 10:31 am
I'd put vinny in the mark Jackson category where coaches were given super talented teams that a monkey could've coached to the playoffs.
Also George's injury was to his calf on the non-broken leg, probably from overcompensating for the bad leg. Great news, if there's something good in this
Fri Apr 17, 2015 10:35 am
In situations like that, "completely different injury" and "not the same leg he broke" definitely count as silver linings.
Sat Apr 18, 2015 8:10 am
Just realized that the Warriors would of made the playoffs on the East just with their home wins.
