many free agents in this league are better than 75 % of my players from the official league

Yep, none of that scrapping the bottom of the FA barrel in this league just to get players.
With that in mind, the only excuse now for losing are player injuries when the matchup week has already started and owner inactivity.


In hindsight on the official league, we should have made adjustments on the number of roster spots available based on the number of teams in the league, imo.

Less 12 teams: 15 man roster (PG,SG,G,G,SF,PF,F,F,C,C,Ut,Ut,Bn,Bn,Bn)

12 or 14 teams: 12 man roster (remove one G,F, and Bn)

16 teams or more: 10 man roster (PG,SG,G,SF,PF,F,C,C,Ut,Bn)

The scoring system of this league is so fanatically mathematical that I'm like a DDay veteran watching that first scene of Saving Private Ryan...

It's easier though for both 'casual' and 'passionate' participants.

Easier for 'casual' teams since instead of having to balance 8 or more statistical categories in order to get a win they can just base their team management decisions on the single combined value of the players' fantasy points.

For 'passionate' teams, math like you said. They can go mathemagical on that shit.

My goal in this league right now is to win it all with Patrick Beverley in my roster, just to show that official nlsc league quitter Stress Fracture on how it's done instead of quitting.

That and I already have a similar player, stat-wise, in Brandon Knight.

Not because I regret trading Johnson and Anderson (lol no) but waiting for the pending trade to clear through league approval will hold up making roster moves for my team for another week.

iirc the trade between me and MVBeard was both agreed upon during week 11, I thought the players will be ready for week 12, turns out we will only have the players in our lineup for week 13, which basically prevents me from doing trade work on my roster for two weeks or half a month because the old players from the pending trade still remain.

I think it's the same case for the trade between Geezer and MVBeard. Don't know if Geezer is willing to wait for his trade for almost two weeks but not me.

Other teams can speed up the process of canceling trades by going to their team page, clicking the pending trades, and voting against it. iirc if half the leagues votes against the pending trades it will be canceled.

The Great Revolution wasn't done by waiting, the same should be for trades.

This league continues to disappoint me... first the scoring system then this shit... same with shadow, I'll like that to be cancelled too since Harris will be back by that time...
