Perhaps, but I'm not sure how much blame you can really put on him, given the obvious handicap of Ibaka's absence.

Thunder had a similar situation against the Spurs last last year. They were down 0-2 in the Western Conference Finals but came back to beat the Spurs in 6 games. Maybe they still have a chance :)

I guess you're right. The Spurs proved over the last few years that it's nearly impossible to stop them when they are on fire.
Still I have the feeling that most of the blame will be on Brooks and he is most likely the first one to loose his job if this series end 4-0 or 4-1...

They have a chance, but having Ibaka and Harden sure helped during that 2012 year. Right now defensively and offensively they just looked lost.

You know you're fucked when a knucklehead like Westbrook is telling you to be smart and use your head...

KD should demand a trade now and let Westbrook do his thing alone.

This is bad. LoL

That was right after Westbrook was involved in 3 straight turnovers that led to 3 straight baskets for San Antonio. He's just shifting his guilt on to KD. Durant needs a superstar who is willing to take a backseat to him and not some immature, overbearing douche.

Already said it once. Westbrook is going to get traded this summer. They hate each other.

Just take a look at the Westbrook interview when the reporter asked him about a newspaper calling Durant Mr.Unreliable. He was happy as a kid.

I think Westbrook is fine on OKC. Bad Westbrook games does make him look terrible though.

Ibaka is day to day now...

Heat trio did it without Bosh against the Pacers. Mr. Unreliable and Westbrook can't put all the blames on absence of Ibaka.

2 different circumstances with 2 different players. Lebron & Wade>Durant & Westbrook.

Durant plays defense? Westbrook flops for calls and plays dirty?

Nah, just desperation from the Thunder.
I would be surprised if he gets more than 29 minutes on the floor if he is allowed to play.

He can hop around on one foot.

Only problem here is favoring the other leg, which can lead to an injury for it as well.

If it's not that serious kind of an injury, I'd rather see him play. Its the WCF. This is the time to play no matter what.

Can a grade 2 calf strain get worse if you continue to play on with it? If so, not worth it for Ibaka...

Considering a grade 2 is one grade away from a grade 3 strain (complete or total muscle tear) Sam Presti is an idiot if he allows Ibaka to play with still a grade 2 strain.

Maybe Ibaka's strain is a grade 1 now.

It can if you've got great genetics like Ibaka with a little HGH on the side.

Or maybe the whole strain thing wasn't that bad to begin with but the Thunder wanted to play some mind Games with the Spurs, making them think they won't have to deal with Ibaka at all when really he was just missing two Games. Or maybe nobody here knows and we'll see how he does by watching the game tonight.
