Do you mean notably Chalmers & Beasley?

Nice job holding off the Nuggets' comeback attempt.
Only tuned in at the start of the 4th. Wade with 14 points, Heat up by like 18 and have been up by as many as 28. Really got me wondering what the hell Denver did the first three quarters. Did they play with 4 guys?

The final score should have been more like 100-75. But I am ok with it. Win is a win.

Ok. I didn't expect Heat to be ranked #4 by this time of the year...

What a disappointment. Could have been #1 if won against PHX.

Anyways, tonight's game versus WAS should be a piece of cake... hopely that is.

They are holding to a 6-point lead with 2 mins of play. Wade has chalked up 33 pts, 4 rebs, 4 assist. What surprises me is that Agent Zero has 12 turnovers? Woah!! I guess he may be trying to do too much...

Edit: The Heat wins 90-76; D-Wade with 41, 5, 5.

Everything depends on Wade too much. It's like seeing Kobe's team back in the days when they had nobody else other than Kobe to win the games.

Anyways, yeah Arena struggled big time today. At first glance, I thought it was a number of assists. Anyways, nice performance from Gilbert, 20-10 games aren't easy to come by even if it's with turn overs...

Reminiscence of most top players who had to shoulder the scoring load like Kobe n MJ before they got good supporting cast...

Jesus Tittyfucking Christ Dwyane Wade. That dunk on Varejao was just absurd.

Re: Miami Heat Thread

but still lost the game. wade and beasley was awesome. i hope to see chalmers developing rather fast. at this pace, we'll not become a contender by the playoffs.

Michael Jordan watched sitting next to Heat president Pat Riley. They were two rows behind Scottie Pippen, who sat courtside. ...

Was this planned or mere coincidence?

Wade stayed on his feet, it absolutely was a special event.

Varejao went for the block and didn't try to flop either, a unique event indeed. Great dunk.

It'll probably end up as one of the top 5.... wait, I'll boldy say it'll be in the top 3 dunk for the year.

It's got competition from Ty Lawson's dunk against the Nuggets today, but it'll be up there.

Re: Miami Heat Thread

Sun Nov 15, 2009 5:30 pm

Not to put down Lawson's dunk; but IMO it didn't quite command a posterizing throw-down. When I looked at the replay of Wade's dunk, Varejao's hand was literally in his face and Wade still managed to dunk it.

Anywayz, Wade bailed out the Heat again against Nets though credit has to go to Q for his 3-pointer as well. (Y)

Also on the bright side, Joel Anthony showed a sign of greatness. (Y)

We won against 0-10 team in a convincing fashion. How neat.

"Joel Anthony"

Finally, something worthwhile in this thread.

Glad someone else other than ShadowGreen (N) recognizing the greatness of Joel.

Wade really needs a consistent second option. I hope we get one soon.

What's with OKC now days. +1 loss to the sucky team. I am not sure how things will go when schedule gets tougher. :shake:

Another loss, this time to Raptors. Finges crossed that Q and Haslem will return to the lineup for Sunday's game with NOH.

But Joel's dunk was sick. (Y)

Should beat NOH. They're a pretty poor team this season... Is Paul still injured or what? I haven't really been keeping up to date lately
