I think that maybe the panels should be blue and the lines on the outside should be black.

So will they have pinstripes or not?

I think the home ones would but the away would stick to the color, according to the photos at least.

They look alright to me, I wouldn't say better than their most recent design but certainly no worse. I like the idea of going back to pinstripes, if that is indeed what they're doing; a nice throwback to the 90s.

kings jersey like this one? I do the samples.

I see that all three new jerseys have almost the same style on the tops (Wolves, Hornets, Kings).

In the previews from 2K9 they appear to have pinstripes. Aar, those Kings jerseys look sweet!!

Not holding my breath, their design team, I use this term loosely, seems to have thier collective head up thier asses.

personally, i like the magic ones alot, except the wordmarks seem a bit meh, but i love the pinstripes and modern feel of the side panels. the bucks alt seems too "old-school" to me, but its a nice nod to the 70's team.
