Hand checking is badly needed right now. The league is too predictable. Physical teams don't even stand a fighting chance anymore. It's not fair to teams like the Grizzlies because with hand checking rules they'll actually be winning some games.

I stand corrected, that is a feasible rule change I'd be on board with.

"It was classic NBA," one Clipper witness told ESPN. "None of these guys were going to fight."

LOL @ all these clowns selling woof tickets.

Anyone asked Leftos yet if they gonna include a secret tunnel mini-game in 2K19?

That would be cool to have your mycharacter navigate a maze of tunnels underneath the arena leading to the neighborhood

5000 VC to use the Exit door at the end. Don't give them ideas.

This year's rookies seem to be amazing. Perhaps beats LBJ's class?

I wouldn't go that far yet, but it's definitely a good one.

Why do I feel like the Cavs' problems could be solved with simple lineup changes? Crowder is not a PF, and he is too good to be LeBron's backup, and should thus be traded. Run IT-Wade-LB-Love-Thompson, and give Frye some burn. I don't know if they're saving Wade for the playoffs, but why are they hiding him on the bench? The roster isn't that bad, but it is begging for a trade. Korver is probably expendable too, with Shump coming back.

All this team does is give me headaches because Ty Lue's lineups are ass. Love left early in the game yesterday because of an illness, and Lue was doing all types of stupid shit like LeBron at center and Rose at SG. Frye, who has been money for the Cavs all throughout his tenure, only managed to get 8 minutes with Love out. Crowder is not that much better than TT to push him to the bench and play out of position. Love can play C, but I feel like he's more comfortable at PF.

I'm guessing they are trying to pace themselves a bit, especially with an older roster that has a lot of mileage. It doesn't mean Lue is handling the rotation well, of course, but considering how gassed Wade looked in the Playoffs last season, I do think they're trying to save his legs. Thomas coming back from injury probably presents a few challenges too, as he gets fully back into game shape and past any minutes restrictions.

I'd also say the Cavs just want to get back to the Finals, so there's probably an element of the proverbial "switch" not being flipped yet.

Surprising decision, given they're doing alright. Doesn't sound like The Greek Freak is a big fan of the decision.
