Such dark powers require a sacrifice few have the stomach to make. I couldn't possibly, in good conscience, reveal such a terrifying secret.
Also, it might stop working if I do.

I liked a few matchups in the east D Wade gave his all despite his team falling due to injuries. Toronto gained some respect from me because of their mental toughness after winning two game 7s and beating Cleveland twice which nobody thought they could even get 1. Charlotte Hornets and the Indiana Pacers competed hard. The GS/OKC series was good, and the finals. You're not going to always going to have close games but at least we had a lot of game 7s. Cleveland deserved one and what better way to end the season! Next year I expect to see Cavs vs Thunder finals...
Sorry to say GS will not make the finals next year because Cleveland exposed many ways to beat them.

well, every person different opinion, for me it was worst finals i ever saw...since game1.

After what i saw yesterday i have to say that LeBron has had one of the best Finals Performances of all time Kudos to Kyrie for showing up big and hitting insane tough shots!
There is absolutely no excuses the Cavs won the series fair and square, people would love to make false claims saying the league is rigged Draymond suspended and Bogut being injured like please Shut up.
Steph Curry on the other hand is the worst MVP to perform in the NBA Finals and the comparison between him and LeBron need to stop ASAP,shit is disrespectful.

LeBron did just as much in last year's Finals, but he didn't have his main guys. Amazing.....one of the best Finals performances I've ever seen.....right up there with Magic, Jordan, Kareem, Bird.
Jordan had to score and be the game finisher. LeBron has to so much more in order for his team to win. Michael had Scottie, Harper, Grant, Rodman, etc., to to the other stuff. It'll be interesting to see how much longer LeBron can keep this up. Cavs definitely need more pieces to take off some of James' workload.

i never seen a player lead in every category and his team win it all. You usually see teams lose if the superstar has to do that much.

So who's had better Finals performance? LeBron this year or Wade in 2006?
Tue Jun 21, 2016 6:21 am
Wade in 06 just because he got whatever he wanted scoring wise and he was efficient. He also played very good defense in that finals. LeBron did lead his team in every category and played a way better team so I won't get mad if people say his was better but it was entertaining to see Wade and all of those highlights. But nobody's final performances are better than Jordan's.

Still no, in my opinion, for the reasons I stated in the other thread. However, it was a really epic finish, so that was nice.

for as great as a series as he had, he was coming up short in the 4th in game 7. it was Irving who was decisive with his shots. and it was Irving who was outplyaing both Curry and Thompson the last 3 games

Irving did provide a lot of help. It was well deserved pressure off LeBron on the offensive end from him putting in so much effort on defense as well. He made a lot of clutch blocks and steals that disrupted the Warriors offense and momentum.

Game 7 LBJ played hard but his teammates played great. I think anyone that watched the game could see it.
LBJ though clearly owned the series in the big picture. One of the best all around Finals performance. I am guessing he *really coasted during regular season for this. I am also guessing this win truly means hello jordan and gbye wade n kobe. Good try though trying to bait me into Wade-LBJ Finals comparison.

Honestly if you look at the boxscore and watched the game the only other Cavalier that played well was JR Smith besides LeBron and Kyrie. Kevin Love had a borderline mediocre game and struggled with shooting again but did grab 14 rebs. Thompson was not in very long in the first half due to foul trouble so it was not a very productive game from him either. He only grabbed 3 rebs. What game did you see?

atlwarrior, not sure if your issue is with me or it's you simply being lbj's nutsack lover. But I welcome any challenge, it could be fun.
Love had a defined role that was much smaller than his fellow superstars. 14 rebounds, 3 of them on offensive end in a game their rebounding advantage played a key role, to top it off with 3 assists, 2 steals, and defensive effort, he more than make up for the poor shooting which didn't even come in vast numbers and couple of them being last second forced shots due to failed LBJ set plays, must I prove boxscore stats isn't everything. Go into the advanced stats, Love actually showed up for the game 7 though he had a bad overall Finals.
Tristan did his damage outside the boxscore. He's a dirty work player anyways. His impact against GSW's small ball was huge especially with sidelined Bogut. That was a game changer.
JR Smith was.. JR Smith. Praise I gave him was due to his timely big shots. When LBJ went cold/disappeared, JR made big tough shots. So did Irving, a lot of times. Otherwise JR had a subpar game as usual.
Game 7 was pure team effort. LBJ was central to the system even more this time around but don't be fooled, it's the system that worked wonders, not particularly because LBJ all alone was great.
Good grief, it almost seems you are clinging to that LBJ's one block as example of clutchness and trying to make him a 4th Quarter hero or saviour of the game 7. In truth he was horrendous for number of crucial stretches though quite passable overall hence the win.
