Phil Jackson is indeed in the Hall already.

It still irks me what exactly are ones requirements to enter the HoF.

It is supposed to be a place where only the best players/coaches of each generation are respected, yet the criteria isn't defined and is somewhat questionable on some cases.

Erik Spoelstra ?

If he ends up having a lengthy coaching career and more success along the way, possibly. He doesn't come to mind as a leading candidate in the coaching ranks at this time.
