Who woulda expected Ellis would be a solid contributor to a strong playoff team.

The craziness of the first round of these 2014 Playoffs continues. Still a long way from over and I wouldn't be completely surprised if the Spurs win the next three to take it, but the Mavericks have to be feeling pretty confident right now.

Except for the last 7 minutes of the first game, Dallas has been the better team on this series as of now. Let's see what happens next.

Very entertaining series so far. Didn't expected VC to take that kind of a shot. If I'd been less drunken last night I'd might suffered a heart attack...

I'd forgotten about that shot in the series against the Sixers. The comparison and contrast is pretty cool.

It was a great shot by VC, no doubt. BUT, it was Ginobili's inability to contest which was the major factor. If he didn't jump so early, Spurs would have won the game.

Still feel the Spurs will prevail at home, but what a clutch performance by Ellis and the Mavericks. Exciting finish in what has been a way more competitive series than I expected.

Nowiztki is 4-0 at Game 7's tho. God, this first round is so good

I just wish someone the NBA could make both teams advance.

Parker still proving he's a top 5 point guard despite virtually no one giving him the credit.
Ginobili still hanging in there with less and less hair.
Dirk showing he is an all time great(that fadeaway gets me every time)
